Project details
Technical secretariat of Fòrum ENS 2019 (ecotourism, nature and sustainability forum of Catalonia). During two days, over 200 professionals and 30 speakers, national and international figures, participated in this event, which was held in Deltebre (South Catalonia).
Our mission as the technical secretariat was to centralise the organisational process of the event and all the necessary steps for the correct compliance of the goals established by the organising committee. We have been the nexus between the different organisers and institutions involved: Ministry of Economy of the Government of Catalonia, Catalan Tourist Board, Tourist Board of Tarragona Provincial Council, Deltebre City Council and Association of Ecotourism Companies of the Ebro Delta.
Provided services: coordination and support in the organisation of the event; site location, management and distribution; logistics management; registration management; supplier search and supplier management and coordination; communication services; photography and video productions services, etc.
